At Handcrafty, we prioritize manufacturing and shipping each order within the USA to ensure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind:

  • The estimated ship timeline provided does not include handling or production time.
  • Delivery time is calculated by adding processing time to shipping time.

As our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer, they require a production process that adds to the handling time.

Upon receipt of payment, we will mail out all products within 1-4 business days. Afterward, orders will typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

As a print-on-demand company, it takes us 3-5 business days to process orders. Depending on the type of product you've ordered, please allow us a few additional days. However, 95% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

To ensure fast and affordable shipping, we use USPS based on the destination address.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take up to 9 days to receive your tracking number in some cases. If you did not receive an email from us, please reach out to us at support@Handcrafty.net before disputing the charge so we can provide you with the information you need.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order using the tracking number we provided in your email. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically leave our warehouse 3-5 business days after the production process begins. Please note that the actual shipment and arrival times may be affected by the local postal service in your area.

What is the turnaround time for my order? Can it be fast?

Our manual US key processing takes 3-5 business days, but 95% of orders are completed within 3 business days. Depending on the product you order, it may take several days.

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive in about 7-14 business days. We use different shipping partners, but the final delivery is usually made through USPS. We also offer express shipping options for domestic orders for an extra charge.

Do you do international shipping?

I need my order faster. What can I do?

We offer Priority and FedEx Shipping options that take 3-5 days for domestic orders (US only).

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

It can take up to 9 business days for the tracking numbers to show up in the shipping company's system. If your tracking number is not working after 9 business days, please contact us at support@Handcrafty.net.

I have not received a shipping notice. What should I do?

If you did not receive the delivery confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not, contact us at support@Handcrafty.net with your email address, the name on the shipping label, and any other relevant information.

How do you handle the customs fees/duties?

Customs fees and taxes may apply depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

My package is marked as delivered, but I have never received it.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your house/apartment and your neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact your local post office and then contact us at support@Handcrafty.net.

I ordered many items, but I only received one. Where is my order?

Sometimes, when you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. You may get one item before the next. If you think there is an error, please contact us at support@Handcrafty.net.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order into multiple deliveries. You must place separate orders for each shipping address.

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

Once the order has begun to be processed, we cannot change the shipping address.

What is your return policy?
