Refunds & Return Policy

Refund and Replacement Policies

 

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. If you haven't received your refund by then, please contact us.

 

You will receive confirmation of your replacement order within 5 business days, and we ask that you allow a minimum of 5 additional days for us to fulfill your order and provide you with a new tracking number.

 

PayPal handles all refunds securely. Please refer to our Billing T&Cs for more information.

 

Before making a purchase, please carefully review our policies. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must have been received within the last 30 days and have one of the issues listed below.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

 

You may modify or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that time, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Low-Quality Products

 

We will issue you a refund or a free replacement in the following situations:

 

The product was damaged during shipping.

You received a different size or product from what you ordered.

Products are missing or damaged.

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, the poor quality of the product, or the damaged area of the item. We will use this information to review replacements and prevent future errors.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of time.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@Handcrafty.net.

 

Gifts

 

If you received an item marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or shipped to you later, we will refund the gift giver.

 

Order Not Delivered

 

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after ordering, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund. Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.

 

Shipping

 

To return your product, please contact us for the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Returns

 

Please examine your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.

 

If you still want to return the product, please send it to the address below. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
